Peterson Better Than Sanders?
Adrian Peterson is one of the best if not the best rookie running backs that the world has ever seen. He was the rushing leader for majority of the season until injuries had kept him out a few games here and there. He broke the single rushing yard record in one game and just dominated the players out on the field. Also keep in mind that he split time with Taylor. Barry Sanders was the greatest running back of all time for only the short amount of seasons he had played, but I believe that Peterson will break all of his records if he continues to tear up the competition.

i definatly have to disagree. barry sanders was the absolute man. single-handedly the best running back in the history of ever. no matter how well peterson does, he will never be as good as barry. i don't know what you were thinking when you made this post. you know bill ceff is going to see it and make a comment about it. this was not one of your smartest moves jord.
I am going to have to disagree with this one. Peterson is an excellent back but i think he lacks the cutting ability that Barry posssessed. Peterson is a power running back and not so much of a cutting one. Barry was both, he could run the ball between the tackles but he could also take it to the outside and make some of the most amazing cuts of all time.
I disagree, just because you have a hard on for Peterson becuase he was on your fantasy team this year. In which you did not even make the playoffs. Does not make Peterson better than Barry. Sanders is a saint with the illest moves. Stop being a nig nog and get your facts straight.
Well, Jordan (smalls) everyone has disagreed with you. What a shame, I feel bad that your skills of judgement are so poor. I need to supports some of your points, Adrian Peterson will break some of Barry's records but he is not the same back. He is a strong runner and contrarty to dice's belief he is a great cutter but not on Barry's level no RB is on Barry's level. Barry Sanders is the most talented back ever. I have to disagree witht that, barry sanders was a total package player. he could of played more seasons and set more records and stuff if he would of been with a team he wanted to be, instead he retired cause of that. peterson is a good back but he will never have the metal abilities of barry. Barry was an all around back running in the gut and had the speed on the outside. So i just think he will not be better than barry.
I think Adrian Peterson is far from being better then Barry Sanders. Barry is a way differant runner. Also Adrian Peterson is a great running back, but he also had one of the best lines in the league. Adrian Peterson i would say is on pace to become the best running back ever, but htough he had a great season there is alot of differant things that come into effect about saying hes better.
